i voted for homer....the best simpsons combination of charectors are bart and homer....them two together is just sheer hilarity, especially the episode when homer has to be linked to bart through some kind of rope/fiboroptic cable because bart stole a police car

Moe is good in the few episodes where you see him outside Moe's tavern. The comic book guy is funny sometimes, but usually just irritating. I love Cletus too (the slack-jawed yokel). And then you've got Miss hoover and Mrs. Krabapple - love how they stand and smoke randomly and during sex education Mrs. K announced 'she's faking it'.
