Family Guy season 5
got this today after many weeks anticipation and i'm un-decided about it.
they've cut down on the 'like the time etc' that they had in season 4* but alot more of gags seem to be about US shows/people I'm not too familiar with.
i'll need to re-watch and absorb some things i may have missed.


'you may now kiss..um...guy who receives' is a fucking funny episode though.

*it's really the 2nd half of season 4 but it's season 5 in the UK....which still confuses me

I thought 14 episodes was a bit short, but that makes sense.

I bought it today and was just unwrapping the dvd to watch it when i spotted this thread.

First 3 of this series are pretty good - first one was the best.

aye got it last night, saw the first 3 or 4 episodes. its quality like, i agree with more in jokes about american shows that i dont get, but along with South Park it still has the edge over American Dad and The Simpsons in that it makes me laugh out loud nearly every episode, ace stuff

I dunno man, series 2 of American Dad has been really good. Better than Family Guy in my opinion. South Park is still the daddy though. Simpsons jumped the shark a while back, the new episodes are poor.
