i heard that he was getting chased by a monster, and then the monster lost him for a few seconds, and then he pretended to be a barber and cut the monsters hair, and the monster was confufsed but ok with it, but then the monster figured out what was going on and killed him

Me too, I suppose cause they were always Hanna-Barbara stuff, whereas Tom & Jerry was done by them, but at MGM. Did you know that Tom's scream was made by recording William Hanna screaming and cutting off the start and end of the sample?
