Duncan of Jordanstone Degree Show '07
So, what did you think?
I'm going into Textiles next year, it so for me it was good to see the variety of styles in that department. Personally, Stephen Kelly, Amy McKay (illustration) and Laura Henaghan (fine art) stood out for me. Feel free to chastise me if there's a thread on this going about. |

some stuff i just didnt get, but then assumed thats because im uncultured! going back in the week when its less busy to get another good look! |

good show this year, i felt it was a lot stronger than last years. Lots of nice fine art, tba and illustration works but was a bit disappointed with animation - that department was a bit hit and miss. overall, a big fist pump from me. |

fixed.
There was lots of good stuff, lots of naff stuff. The charcoal drawings in Fine Art were amazing, as were the giant post-apocalyptic paintings on level 5 or 6 of the big tower block. |
