Macro lens

Hey.
Been getting into photography alot more over the past year and I'm loving the stuff im doing. The thing im really enjoying however, involves bugs etc.

Im looking to get a decent macro lens. Something that wont disturb too much preferably, but with an extremely good zoom with clarity.

I've been looking at a few along the £700 mark and have a rough idea.
However, there are better photographers than me on here, so I was interested to see what suggestions you guys might have (Brands, sites to buy on, experience) as far as good macro lenses go.

I'm using a Canon EOS350D right now

Oooo, you'd love some of the stuff I saw at my old workplace. Macro shots of parasites and all sorts of nasty bugs and stuff on a molecular level.

As for lenses I wouldn't have a clue sorry lol but I know there are a few serious photographers on the site that might like to offer some advice.

I took these a while back. They aren't great, and the originals are obviously of much better quality, but they're the best examples I have.

I want to get much closer!!

We've used a macro lens on the new Alamos music video. I'll post a link up once it's finished.
