...last night were fucking astonishing, if they'd played Self Bias Resistor i could have gona home and shot myself safe in the knowledge that i'd never see any band perform as well as that, but what was the reaction to Johnny Truant all about? I thought they were excellent but there was lots of booing and general hatred directed at them, anyone know what that was all about?

They played so much old stuff, nothing off digimortal, only 4 new songs and filled the rest of the hour and a half with mainly stuff from demanufacture and soul of a new machine, i was rather pissed off that they didn't play sbr though

I'm disappointed that they've not done another remix album since remanufacture.
The new album sounds alright, from what I've heard of it. It's really missing those epic choruses with proper singing though,

Nah, IMO Fear Factory are good when your in the mood for heavy ass music that just has screaming and mental riffage.

johnny truant got booed because they look like a pack of queers and that wouldn't go down well at a FF gig.
JT are one of my favourite bands ever though and can't wait to see them/play with them again in Dundee in autumn.
