Upcoming gigs in Dundee

at Quality line up of bands coming through Dundee in the next few months.

Thee Unstrung and The Paddington are two bands iam well into just now so will be good to see em live.

I recommend The Paddingtons to any Libs fans.

Also The Wedding Present and The Ravonnetes coming soon.

Whatever happened to the time when bands like The Cooper Temple Clause etc came through Dundee

Cooper Temple Clause appear to be working on their third album.

Very much looking forward to the Wedding Present.

The Subways are playing too, but as terrible as this sounds they're only worth going to see as they invoke the foxy bass player rule. They are 2005's JJ72.

Most importantly...Misty's Big Adventure are back in April!!!

i'm looking forward to the raveonettes but might end up seeing them at the venue instead of the reading rooms

i've heard the subways are going to be huge, only heard a few songs so'll probably end up seeing them, the paddingtons and misty's.

also st. judes infirmary are at the westport on march 5th

i first heard about the Subways from an interview i heard with Michael Eavis of all people.Arent they signed to Poptones aswell?

The girl in them certainly is tidy.

No, they're signed to Infectious/Warners.

Probably the only recently signed band not on Poptones though...

Are The Subways the band that won the unsigned competition to play Glastonbury last year? I remember them having a female bassist but the band all looked about 15.
