Urgh no, but we don't incorporate it into every day use or plaster it on signs do we? nope.
Also, I'm not necessarily condemning the Japanese for their mis-use of the language, I'm laughing at the actual captions themselves - not the Japanese.

The british? no, your normal british citizen doesn't encorporate japanese into everyday use or plaster it on signs. That's cause we can't speak it. Most of us can't speak any other language, so this sort of humor reeks to me of anglo-centric bullshit.
