T.S.O.L UK tour cancelled?

for anyone who may care

i read something on the net that says T.S.O.L have cancelled their UK tour because they have to appear in court following a shooting at a gig they played, can anyone on here confirm this is true? since i was quite wanting to go

"It is with regret that TSOL have had to postpone their UK tour due next month.

Unfortunately, this week the band were supenoed to appear in court on May 20th over the House of Blues shooting that happened at a TSOL show in Los Angeles in 2002. As a result of the incident a court case has been running since and the band have no option but to appear in court.

Jack Grisham has issued his sincerest apologies to everybody involved in the tour, and especially the fans who were looking forward to the shows. With any luck they will return to the UK in the not too distant future.

Obviously we are completely fucking gutted as we were looking forward to every gig of the tour, so apologies come from us as well. Shit happens....to Valdez more than anyone."
