After much moaning n stuff i've finally decided that im gonna get myself a guitar but seeing as i aint ever played like anything before (with the exception of the cello in 3rd yr - but lets not go there, people (people being some friends) are saying i should/need to get like a starter package thingy but theres like sooooooooo many to choose from and i wouldnt know which one would be the best one y'know or like what guitar in general would be best for little novice me? So basically could anyone give me any help/ opinions/recommendations/abuse or anything at all! well preferably not abuse but hey. Thank you !! |

when i went to get my bass i was very selctive in the kind i chose. the cheapest left handed 1 i could find. then i got my mate to teach me how to read tab, he also showed me 1 or 2 songs. i printed out some tab from the net & now im still pretty much hopeless. so my advice to u suz is: dont listen to any guys who have there dicks pierced who u meet out side the union <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> thats me.

you can have it really cheap if you want, then you can get a better amp. |

mate i would also reccoment that you buy your self a rusty old shite acoustic to learn the basics on, so your good on a shite gtr, not vice versa. thats what most people do, start off small. it`ll be good for yourpositioning, etc. on an acoustic aswell.
