Talking Gig review

Hello im reviewing lastweeks support bands for Dundee's "The Medicine Men" at the doghouse.
First up were Aberdeens finest "Liber8".This band sure no how to kick ass!Jumping in at the deep end, they started off with a bang that carried on till the end of thier set! Like good old rock bands their set was full of catchy riffs and the stage pressence was electrifying! Jumping up and down and having a good old time came across very clear to the unfortunate "wee crowd" that they were having a good time!
Next was Glasgows "Aether Flux" here was a band being very experimental! Only playing 2 10 min or so songs! thier sound was nice and "loose" kinda improvisational, built up with instraments and samples they made some mental noises with effects pedals and gave the now growing crowd somthing new to listen to. Very hard to describe the sound that they made. Kinda entering Primal screams terrotery!
I cant comment on our set but the crowd seemed to love it as we got 2 encours!
It was nice for me and mike to see our Ice Hockey hero's in the crowd after we invited them!
The crowd seemed to enjoy all 3 bands so another successful night at the doghouse its been
Cheers
Degze

the beat goes on...

Was anyone at the Dog Toffee and Skintwire gig on the 13th (this past Saturday) at the Westport Bar? I'd be interested in knowing how it went and what it was like.
