Talking clinic gig review

On Air East being the venue, this was my first gig there and i was interested on how the place caters for live bands. I was'nt disapointed!
Support came from venishen love triangle (i Think!)this was a good tight band with energetic sounds blasting at the crowd!Bring it fast and slow keeping the crowd interested they did well.Every few songs the band members insisted on changing instraments. This in my opinoin broke up the set to much as we are standing about while they get geared up again, also changing singers from a good singer to a less confident singer gives out bad vibes! should have stuck with the same!
Next what we'd all been waitng on-clinic!
before this gig i was unaware of what to expect as id never heard any of their material. But being advised,i took a chance and my it paid off!
The gimick of doning "Medical masks" caught everyones attension, from then on you couldnt look away!great mixture of different sound from different instraments kept everyone attension all thru the gig! catchy tunes and the singer has a very strong affective voice!
They reminded me of some of the unknowen Adam of the ants material(saying that in a good way!)They even managed to get some of the crowd moving, wich is pretty good as we have the worst crowd in the uk!
A great night was missed to those who couldnt make it! A band to look out for in the future!
Cheers
