Has anyone used this company to order music equipment before?

If so, what did you think of the service etc.?

I've heard they're ok. But why not go to your local muso shop. Might get a better deal and you can touch what your buying check it out. Especially if you're buying a guitar or amp.

i ordered an amp from them...

i went to a load of music shops and played a load of amps. Found exactly what i wanted, and then ordered it from the website cos it was cheaper.

If it were an instrument i wouldnt have mail ordered it though.

I've been waiting over a week now for my amp to arrive, starting to get impatient, but they assure me it will come soon.

Depends on the make and model. Some amp manufacturers do block runs in rotation. Could be your amp is in next weeks rota. A week isn't that long really, you're within your rights if it hasn't arrived in 28 days to take em to the cleaners but till them you're gonna have to wait.

or phone the citzens advice.

But as i said a week is not that long some people wait a month or so for their chosen piece. if it hasn't arrived by next week and they haven't phoned get on the blower to them and tell them they got 2 weeks to get it to your door with a free lead

aye i know...

i called them last week after ordering just to get some indication of when it would arrive, and i was told 'probably at the end of the week' as it was supposedly on its way from the factory to there central office as we talked. But it didnt.

i shall wait however!

Not a musical instrument, so only slightly relevent, but I ordered a cable for my external harddrive from the Iomega website, and it arrived in less than 36 hours, which was completely unexpected. I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks!

i got an esp explorer from them about 3-4 years ago and also found them to have a fast speedy service
