Web Pages That Suck

The Worst Web Design Techniques Featured on Web Pages That Suck in 2005 section is great.

The top left animation of the heads on this site had me laughing.

And this one just makes me want to heave.

that last site is amazing!

there are just soooo many good things about it. the text in white blocks over a background pic, the falling flowers, the animated dove, the Sting midi file, the font.

I LOVE IT!

I wonder if anyone has ever booked this company through their website. The site would be enough to put me off considering this company. The website doesn't give a good impression and I would be worried the video turned out just as bad :S

Chrono and I found some great awful websites about maybe... 6-7 years ago..

They were good because they weren't all just "OMG LOL LOOK AT THE BAD DESIGN." and snorting out milk in the cafeteria at a table full of people with braces and acne.

They were really funny content-wise, like that wedding one.

Unfortunately I don't have the links, but there was a great one about dolphin sex and how to get it in California and Miami and advice that it's ok to fuck dolphins, but you shouldn't let a male dolphin penetrate you because when they ejaculate their penis apparently elongates and fucks you up (bad style).

There was another one by this black marine and the tab in the vertical scroll bar was about 2 pixels high as the page was about a million miles long, with the same thing repeated: the same photograph of Chester Erins-Warringer III (or whatevs) and the American flag. I think there might have been some animated GIF action too.

Also a kind of tragic one about a miserable boy's miserable life.

Ah good times.. good times. The internet was much better before proper morons ruined it...

Tonight I'm going to web-browse like it's ninteen-ninety-nine...
