Trish has done a couple of reality type things since she left. She got married and this was part of the reason she"retired" in the first place.

I feel a come back is on soon though. She returned recently with Lita for one night only at the anniversary for RAW show which was nice.

we met a boy in Detroit at Wrestlemania who was like her nephew, it was crazy.

i doubt she would come back, nor would be offered back as the women's division is currently pretty bleak. she'd be just stuck in a manager type role like Lita did before she went off to do her music.
