Wrestlings Slump
It is REALLY bad at the minute in places!
What changes would you make to make it better? -No shitty "million dollar mania", it is WRESLTING, not a gameshow. -Longer matches on TV. -No Brand Split or at the very least make it not so official. On ECW showcase certain guys more than others, Smackdown the same and RAW too. Do not make it specific that a guy has to appear on a certain show as A) You are giving yourself less options and B) You look stupid by putting other brands stars on the shows anyways. -One World Title. Just a few things. |

TV matches should be 10minutes TOPS, 4minutes MIN.
Squash matches should be house shows only, or using complete jobbers to advance a character. More Tag Teams Stable Wars Smackdown Vs Raw storylines ECW being a pure wrestling show, more like ROH Less Vince A viable alternative to challenge and push WWE Less Cena Slower builds on fueds, more personal stuff rather than "i want the title" |

On your "I want the title" thing, I thin kthere should be more of that as there has been a lot of feuds where the title is just secondary.
Not just talking about the main belts here, the secondary belts need to be used more as people do want to see something more than grudge matches. I think only 4 titles were defended at Mania is I am right in thinking. On second thoughts that might just be 3. |

4 is right (WWE, ECW, World and Womens)
The IC belt is pretty much forgotten about which is a shame considering the lineage. I wanna see a underhand heel working on HHH, maybe attacking Shawn, Steph etc to make it a revenge thing, then he steals the title with a swerve like HBK helping him win. those kinda angles just dont happen now |

I really only tune in to watch ECW these days, or if I manage on the off chance to catch a decent match.
To be quite fair they aren't trying to have massive matches on there weekly broadcasts...it's more or less just to get ratings for there core demographic, ie; marks. They could turn the whole thing around, but for every idea that any non-mark thinks up and eventually comes to the fold...it's usually distorted to the nth degree. In all honesty, I rarely tune in to WWE for good match...mainly it's just to hear that tube on commentary on ECW. |

Mike Adamle? Yeah, at first it was funny listening to him screw up but now it is totally fed to him and the humour goes.
Trust WWE to fuck even that up! There are a lot of young guys there though at the moment so hopefully when a couple of guys go (Likes of Taker, HBK...not HHH cos he will die before he leaves) then hopefully a couple will step up. I aint sure where the next big guy wrestler is coming from thankfully...the roids issue has hopefully put paid to that but then again probably not. |

I think they should be using there asset properly.
Move all the cruiserweights to ECW and bring back the Cruiserweight title, drop one of the tag belts and nip this 'Diva's Championship' thing in the bud. Very few of the women in WWE can actually wrestle and they have an abundance of talented fliers; London; probably has the best SSP in the business Kendrick; amazingly talented in his own way, great character to have in the Cruiserweight ranks Elijah Burke; only 230, could do what they do all the time and claim he is 10lbs lighter and have him in there. Evan Bourne; greatest signing since CM Punk. Colin Delany; not much in ring skill, but he's there James Noble; watch his ROH stuff and tell me he's not one of the best technical wrestlers and mat technicians in the world today. Estrada; Good heel for the division Super Crazy; what else is he doing these days? Nothing, I'd probably put the belt on him first if I'm honest. Nunzio; I think he'd be in the upper echelons too, a good opponent for Noble Shannon Moore; Good way to give him some time on air. Funaki; Underated in ring competitor There a plethora of talent, some 10 or so wrestlers I can think of that would make for a healthy division, never mind the guys just waiting to come up from the development territories. Alas, this will never happen, because these guys can't do chokeslams and since when did WWE listen to the internet. |

Yes
![]() I heard a great story about Steve Corino (Ex-ECW) the other day. He was trying out as a writer for the ECW staff after Rhodes recently left, he was faced by Rhodes himself, Dave Finaly and a new women who had just been hired to the WWE writing staff. He was asked to prepare a schedule for a weekly ECW broadcast, he 'booked' matches he thought would work, detailed outcomes and spots he'd like to see if possible, it was something like 2500 words or something, for an hour long show...pretty impressive. When he came in for an interview and showed his script, the young woman replied 'THIS IS TERRIBLE, THERE IS FAR TOO MUCH WRESTLING ON THIS SHOW!'. If that doesn't sum up why WWE is so shit, I don't know what does. Turning down one of the best writers in North America today because he wanted to see wrestling...on a wrestling show...pathetic. She apparently said WWE wasn't a wrestling company, it was a media company. Fuck it, I'm happier waiting 1 -2 weeks for ROH tapes in the mail and resisting the urge to read spoilers than watching this shite. |

Oi boys...watch this. Dont be eating watching it though. It is from a CZW show. Stick with it and you will see why I wouldnt want you to be eating. ROH aint just a spot show but I can see why you might say that. I really dislike the fans at ROH shows. Not a fan of smarks even though I guess I am one but they appear anti anything that is not ROH (ECW not included) |

I was at the NOAH show in Coventry the other week, there was a small cluster of them snarkily chanting things like "PLEASE DON'T TAP!" during headlocks...fucking pricks.
It was pretty funny though, any time they tried to start a chant, even if it was genuine it would end up like this. ROH Fans; MORISHIMA! Everyone else; SHUT THE FUCK UP! I enjoy ROH though, I don't mind that there are few storylines...I want to see wrestling, not people talking. If I wanted that I'd watch Jeremy Kyle. |
