I have the utmost respect for graf artists but i was wondering; in ozzys they sell shit loadsa spray paint which is obviously for graphiti (which is mostly illegal?) so what do they say its being sold for legally?

for artwork.

just because something *could* be used for a crime doesnt mean it cant be sold.

i can go into B&Q and buy a shovel, rope, axe and some binbags, they wouldnt say "sorry i think youre away to kill someone and bury their body"

i think they can, but only if they get permission from someone up top, like a judge.

i dunno, but if the police *were* to do that, the evidence against you would have to be pretty damning in the first place.

if the evidence was pretty damning they wouldn't need to go through your credit details....
