Street Logos

Bought this book from a shop in Edinburgh recently and it was a steal, gave me some good inspiration for the UGS as well as other projects that i am working on. It basically explorers the art of graffiti from across the globe and looks at ways that artists are beginning to distinguish themselves from everyone else with their own individual styles and new techniques. Interesting read, some amazing photos and concepts.

I'm tihnking about getting 'Stencil Graffiti' which is by the same author; Tristan Manco.

Synopsis
Graffiti art is constantly changing. New artists, new ideas and new tactics displace faded images in a perpetual process of renewal and metamorphosis. This text is a worldwide celebration of these new developments in 21st century graffiti, by the author of 'Stencil Graffiti'.

I tried to do the scout hall near me once. I was about 12, and only had a can of brown coloured undercoat carpaint. Needless to say it was shit, but it's be cool to be good at it.
